How Did We Do? Give Us Your Feedback On A Recent Installation
NSIT's Integrated Client Services & Support (ICSS) department is responsible for installing and activating many of the voice services that are available at the University, including phones, audio and video conferencing, and voicemail services.
ICSS is committed to ensuring that your orders and requests are always fulfilled to your highest satisfaction. That's why we've introduced a new online client feedback form that allows you to give us comments about your experience with the ICSS analyst who placed your order and the technician who installed your service. Because we actively use these responses in our continual effort to improve our service, we hope the convenience this new online form offers will increase the number and breadth of responses we receive.
On December 1, 2007 ICSS started sending out emails to clients when service and installation was complete, inviting them to complete the online feedback survey. We hope that you'll take the time to give us your valuable input the next time you or your department requests service from ICSS.
