Apple is Sponsoring an iWork Contest
Apple is looking for a student to star in a video ad they are making for the iWork Programs. Ideally, they are looking for someone who:
- Uses at least two of the iWork applications (Pages, Keynote, or Numbers). Preferably, someone who uses iWork as his or her exclusive productivity software.
- Has a killer story about how Keynote took them above and beyond their classmates. While we will be asking the student to talk about Pages and Numbers as well, Keynote is going to be the star of the video.
- Is comfortable being on camera and can speak articulately.
- Has content to share. In addition to featuring the student on the web, we want their work! We'll be asking for finished Pages, Keynote, and Numbers documents; we would like examples that have already been turned in and received favorable grades would be best. These documents will be used in Retail and Campus Stores, and of course, be made available for all Campus Reps to use in their own demos.
Filming will take place in July, so the candidate must be on campus or be able to make it to campus that month for filming. Filming will only take 1 or 2 days. If you are interested in being featured in an iWork ad, please send an email to David Muff, our Apple Campus Representative, at Dmuff5@mac.com.
The contest will accept submissions through June 5.
