View the NSIT Survey Results

Earlier this year, NSIT conducted a campus-wide survey of University students, faculty, and staff. The purpose of the survey was to gauge awareness, usage, and satisfaction data for a variety of NSIT services, as well as gather client feedback. NSIT intends to use the results to determine what changes the organization can make to increase client satisfaction.

Our survey results, as well as the original survey itself, are available online for viewing at our NSIT Survey website. The survey also gathered comments that we will use to improve services, but which are not included on this website. In the near future, we will share the steps we plan to take to address survey comments. We appreciate the participation of everyone who took time to fill out the survey.
