Manage Your Junkmail Account
Junkmail is the University’s service for filtering spam and viruses for @uchicago.edu email accounts. Junkmail scans all incoming mail to @uchicago.edu addresses and quarantines identifiable viruses and spam. Although the service is designed to analyze, detect, and filter unwanted messages, occasionally a legitimate email may also be filtered.
You can log in to the Junkmail service at http://junkmail.uchicago.edu to view messages which were not delivered to your inbox. If you find a legitimate message stored there, you can choose to have it delivered and add the originating address to your list of approved senders. The Junkmail service offers a variety of customizable options; you can specify whether or not and with what frequency you would like to receive notifications about filtered emails.
