The NSIT Support Line troubleshoots (via phone and email) a variety of problems, including dial-up access through the University modem pool, accessing email with Eudora or supported Unix mailers, Unix questions on the NSIT Server Cluster, and basic word processing, spreadsheets, and utilities. The NSIT Support Line also functions as triage for the Campus Computer Stores Service department, to determine whether a given problem is hardware or software in origin. | 8:30-midnight
