The Tech Support group answers all questions about the configuration and use of supported applications or devices, and serves as first responder for network issues during their business hours. They will be able to direct your concerns appropriately.

Network Jack Problems
Problems with a jack in the wall can be reported via the Network Jack Service Request Forms. Jack problems can also be reported by phone to 702-9100. Any requests for new jack installations should be directed here as well.

This number is most useful in case of an emergency outside of normal business hours as you will eventually reach a person rather than a machine.
