Network Security-Related Services
- Identifying computer compromises - We identify compromised computers and alert the associated owners or administrators.
- Handling network harassment and abuse - We assist in investigating allegations of harassment or abuse.
- Certificate Authority - We sign digital certificates as the campus Certificate Authority.
- Password escrow - We provide a means for IT administrators to securely store passwords and electronic cryptographic keys.
- Regulated computers - We provide guidelines for and maintain a list of machines on the University network that contain certain kinds of sensitive information.
