How to Read Your NSIT Voice & Data Monthly Statement

Networking Services and Information Technologies (NSIT) provides a monthly voice and data statement CD that is sent to Account Administrators.

NSIT has prepared a short movie on how to read the three sections of the PDF format of the bill that provides an explanation on the most frequently used products/services offered. A glossary of commonly used terms is also provided. In addition, the CD provides a link to the NSIT home page to view any announcements and advisories. View the movies.

If you have questions about your bill, please first see your Departmental Administrator. If you are the Departmental Administrator, please furnish NSIT Integrated Client Services & Support with the following information:

  • Your name and telephone number
  • A short description of the problem
  • A copy of the telephone bill in question
