Cancel or Change a Conference
How to Cancel your Conference:
- By Phone: Call UofC Conf at 877-863-2266.
- By Internet:
- Log in to www.yourconferencecenter.com/uchicago and enter login ID and password;
- In My Account Dashboard, click on "Cancel" for the selected conference in either the 24x7 or Automated Passcode section;
- An online confirmation will be sent to you.
How to Change your Conference:
- By Phone: Call UofC Conf at 877-863-2266.
- By Internet:
- Go to www.yourconferencecenter.com/uchicago and enter you login ID and password;
- In My Account Dashboard, click on "Edit," update necessary information (i.e., time, date, participant, type of call), and click on "Submit;"
- You will receive an online notice that an email confirmation will be sent to you.
