Options and Rates†
Several different conferencing options make it easy for individuals in varying locations to access their conference call. No matter which option you choose, we realize you may need additional service during your call. Conference Coordinator assistance is always available through the Operator Recall feature just by pressing *0. As of July 1, 2008, options and rates for Audio Conferencing are as follows. The information noted (within parentheses) is the the short name NSIT uses to identify the expensed when applied to your monthly Communication Statement.
ConferenceNOW® (24x7) Meet Me, Standard and Toll-Free: Provides the flexibility to conduct Audio conference calls with up to 75 individuals, anytime, without a reservation. You will receive a permanent Meet Me conference phone number for dial-in, and passcodes to issue to participants and moderator.
- Standard Dial-in (24x7): $0.07† per minute per person or station. In standard dial-in toll mode, each participant pays their own local or long-distance charges for dialing into the conference bridge.
- Toll-Free (Toll-Free 24x7): $0.08† per minute per person or station. When using a toll-free Meet Me phone number, the host pays the charges for all participants dialing into the conference bridge. A conference can be set to issue both toll and toll-free numbers and the appropriate number can be issued to participants to use as fitting the conference manager's need.
- International Toll-Free‡ (Int 24x7): this service offers reduced charges for international toll-free inbound dialing. See chart of available countries.
Reserved Automated Passcode Meet Me, Standard and Toll-Free: Participants will be provided with a phone number and passcode to dial in. After participants dial the call-in number, they will be prompted to enter their passcode followed by the # sign on their touch-tone phone. Upon verification of their passcode, they will be placed into the call.
- Standard Dial-in (Auto MM): $0.10† per minute per person or station. When using the standard dial-in toll Meet Me phone number, each participant pays their own local or long-distance charges for dialing into the conference bridge.
- Toll-Free (Toll-Free Auto MM): $0.13† per minute per person or station. When using the Toll-Free Meet Me phone number, the host pays the charges for all participants dialing into the conference. A conference can be set to issue both toll and toll-free numbers and the appropriate number can be issued to participants to use as fitting the conference manager's needs.
Operator-Assisted Toll Meet Me: Participants dial a pre-assigned number and are greeted by a Conference Coordinator, who will screen for admittance information and place them into the conference call.
- Standard Dial-in (OPA MM): $0.09† per minute per site. When using a standard dial-in (toll) Meet Me phone number, each participant pays the local or long-distance charges for dialing into the conference bridge.
- Toll-Free (OPA Toll-Free MM): $0.18† per minute per site. When using a toll-free Meet Me phone number, the host pays the charges for all participants dialing into the conference.
Operator-Assisted Dial Out (OPA Dial Out): A Conference Coordinator calls all the participants and connects them directly into the conference call. Participants can expect to hear from the Conference Coordinator approximately two to five minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. - $0.13* per minute per site with a set-up fee of $3.77*. (When using a toll-free Meet Me phone number, the host pays the charges for all participants dialing into the conference.) If desired, parties can be called in a specified order. Participants will be greeted personally and placed directly into the call, depending on the Host's preferences.
‡ In some countries, the # sign is not available. For this reason, we recommend Operator-Assisted services for calls with international locations.
