Audio Visual Equipment Lending & Rental
Audio Visual Services, located on the Harper Quad in Stuart Hall 004 (lower level of Stuart Hall, across from the Gargoyle Café), is a campus-wide media resource that provides audio-visual equipment for registrar-scheduled courses, supports over 50 registrar-scheduled media classrooms, loans AV equipment for use in classes, rents AV equipment to members of the campus community, provides assistive technologies for events and classes, and consults with groups on a broad spectrum of AV and assistive technology and media topics.
AVS stocks a wide range of portable video and audio gear and can provide training on any piece of equipment upon request. In addition, AVS has a full complement of digital video and photography equipment available for check-out. Reservations for equipment are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged to assure availability. For non-instructional use, rental requests must be made in advance and may require a fee.
