Lost or Stolen Calling Cards
In cases of suspected abuse or fraud, the department should notify campus police and file a police report. Furthermore, the department needs to contact Integrated Client Services & Support at 2-9100, option 3, to cancel the Calling Card. Please complete the order form in order to cancel the Calling Card. The department is responsible for all charges incurred up to the point of cancellation. A new Calling Card will be issued only if requested.
