Note: Business End User Care cannot add discounts, change rate plans, change user info., or answer billing inquiries.
For changes to your account and billing inquiries:
Call 2-9100 or email 29100@uchicago.edu. Your call, along with any change, will be made on the next business day. You may be asked for the billing name and address which is: University of Chicago, 1307 E. 60th Street, Chicago, IL 60637.
If you already have service with AT&T and receive a new or replacement device:
Activation Group: (888) 444-4410
Hours of operation: Mon.-Fri. 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time.

For a malfunctioning phone:
If your phone is malfunctioning and is over 30 days old, contact AT&T Business Customer Care at 866-694-0327. You may be asked for a password (NSIT).
If your phone is less than 30 days old, contact 2-9100 option 3.
For technical assistance when roaming internationally:

Customers may contact this department for voice and technical assistance if they are roaming internationally.
Note: You must already have International dialing on your phone before you contact this group.
For network problems:
If you have repeated cellular networking problems, such as static, dropped calls, or other coverage issues, please complete the Report Network Problem form. Your request will be forwarded to AT&T and you should have a response from them within 5-7 days.
