This is a joint request for xMail and mobile services.  To order a mobile device without xMail, please use the Cellular Services Request Form. To request xMail services only, please use the xMail Services Request Form.

Please complete this request for xMail and Mobile services and submit it to request service. Make sure to fill in all required (*) fields. If you have any questions, please contact Integrated Client Services & Support at 2-9100 option 4. To cancel xMail and mobile services, please submit a written request by email to 29100@uchicago.edu.
