This is an order form for xMail without mobile services. To make a joint request for xMail and Mobile services, please use the xMail and Mobile Services Request Form.

Please complete this request for xMail services and submit it to request service. Make sure to fill in all required (*) fields. If you have any questions, please contact Integrated Client Services & Support at 2-9100 option 4. To cancel xMail services, please submit a written request by email to 29100@uchicago.edu.
