Email Options for Alumni
University alumni can now request a cnetid@uchicago.edu email address in place of the old username@alumni.uchicago.edu for forwarding your email. If you have a username@alumni.uchicago.edu address, look at our alumni@uchicago.edu section below.
Set Up your CNetID and Password
Start by creating a CNetID at http://nsit.uchicago.edu/services/cnetid and choosing the menu option "Create your CNetID and Password." While creating your CNetID, you will also set up the target address for your forwarding. There will also be menu items for changing your password and question and answer set on this menu.
Change your Forwarding Address
You can change the target address for your forwarding by going to the menu at https://nsit.uchicago.edu/email and choosing "Forwarding your @uchicago.edu email."
Forgot your Password?
If you think you already have an alumni forwarding account or forgot your CNet password, visit the NSIT CNet page to learn about contacting the Alumni Office.
Cancel Email Forwarding
If you would like to stop forwarding email from your alumni forwarding account, contact the Alumni Office at alumni-gateway@uchicago.edu to cancel the service.

Update your Alumni Email Forwarding Address
You can change the target address for your forwarded email by going to https://cnet.uchicago.edu/ams/servlet/ALUMNICNET?method=doSetAlumniPage.
Change your Password
If you need to change your password or if you’ve forgotten your password, visit https://cnet.uchicago.edu/ams/servlet/ALUMNICNET?method=doChangeAlumniPasswordPage for instructions.
Cancel Email Forwarding
If you would like to stop forwarding email from your alumni forwarding account, send an email to the Alumni Office at mailto:alumni-gateway@uchicago.edu to cancel this service.

If you think you may have an Alumni email forwarding account, but you aren't sure, go to https://cnet.uchicago.edu/forgotpasswd.html and follow the instructions.
