Leasing Process
If you are leasing computer for the first time or if you want assistance, we recommend the following steps. If you are familiar with the leasing program or if you are renewing, you may go directly to the Order Form.
- On-site consultation with the administrator/requestor
- All pertinent information is recorded
- Place your order using our Order Form
- On-site survey by Distributed Desktop Support (DDS) group
- Coordination with administrator/requestor for installation
- Optional data migration for additional fee
- Old equipment removed from site if requested
- Orientation with DDS training group can be arranged
