The Site Licensing Office maintains a licenses for a number of software packages which are made available at no charge to large segments of the University community.  Downloads for these packages are available from this page.

Please note: All software we license is RESTRICTED to members of the University of Chicago community -- often to subsets of that community. If you are not associated with the University of Chicago, you should contact the software vendor for information on obtaining that software.

  • Identity Finder for University-owned Machines
  • Identity Finder for Personally-owned Machines (Students/Faculty/University staff Only)

• Administrative Applications
  • Virtual Server VMWare
  • Tivoli Storage Manager (On-campus Download Only)
  • tn3270 for Windows (Hummingbird HostExplorer)
