Using One-FAX
One-FAX allows you to use an easy web interface to control the email address that receives the faxes. Your account was set up with the email address provided when you requested service. To change the email address that receives faxes or to add additional email addresses, follow the steps below.
When you receive a fax from One-FAX, the fax is sent from "AIN0124 (University of Chicago)." To view a sample fax, click here.
Log in to the One-FAX Website- Go to https://onefax.uchicago.edu.
Note: Your One-FAX login and password are not related to your CNet password. - Enter your Login ID and Password (PIN). These were assigned when your account was set up.
Note: If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot PIN to have your PIN sent to your default email address. If you want to change your password, go to My Settings → Profile.
- Click Submit.
Edit a One-FAX Email Address
- Go to
My Settings → Profile.

Note: DO NOT change the FAX Number, otherwise your One-FAX account will stop working. - Enter the email address at which you want to receive faxes in the "Fax Delivery Email Address" field. We recommend that you use a University or Hospital email address. If you want faxes sent to multiple people, you may include multiple email addresses separated by semicolons. This field will only accept 255 characters, so you may want to use a mailing list to send faxes to multiple people.
- Click Submit.
