One-Number
Using One-Number
The One-Number service uses a web interface that allows you to control exactly how and when you receive phone calls on a remote device. By logging in to your account, you can set up the remote devices that you want connected to the One-Number system, schedule start and stop times for when you want calls to go to a remote device, and edit your account details.
The web interface allows you to log in using your 5-digit University extension and a password that you choose after your initial login. It allows you to have up to two remote devices enabled at any time, and allows you to have additional devices set up so that you can easily interchange between them depending on your preference or location. After adding remote devices to your account, you set up a schedule that the One-Number system will follow and determine on which days and at what time it will reroute your phone calls to designated remote devices. To set up and edit your account preferences, just follow the instructions below.

We recommend that you turn this feature off so that One-Number connects incoming calls to your remote phone as soon as you answer.
