Individuals who can provide an FAS account number with approval by an Authorized Signer, may request One-Number by filling out and submitting this form. NSIT Integrated Client Services & Support staff will set up your initial auxiliary phone routing and schedule a meeting to introduce you to the advanced features of the system.
