Paging Express Mail
Paging Express Mail is as an optional feature. By request, page holders may add voicemail option to their pagers so that callers can leave a message. Then the page holder will be paged to voicemail.
This option allows page holders to be paged to either the phone number or the voicemail system depending on what the caller chooses. Someone pages an individual and is offered the option to either enter a call back number or "#" to be transferred to voicemail to leave a message. If a message is left the page holder receives a page with "2-5163." They can then simply retrieve their voicemail message as usual.
To learn more about this exciting new paging feature, please call 2-9100.
- Dial 195 (773-834-1955 from off-campus).
- When you hear "Please dial the page ID #," enter the ID # of the person you're calling. You will then hear the person's name or ID # and status.
- When you hear "Please enter a call back number or pound to leave a VoiceMail message," enter # and you will hear "Your call is being transferred to VoiceMail. Please hold."
- You should leave a message.
