The Hardware Service Department is staffed by Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Xerox repair technicians who offer the following services:
- Computer Hardware Repair
- HP LaserJet and Xerox Phaser Printer Repair
- Laptop/Notebook Rentals
All equipment can be brought to either of our locations for service without an appointment. For HP LaserJet and Xerox Phaser printers, departments can arrange for an on-site service call.
The Hardware Service Department is available at two locations: the Solution Center and our warehouse at 6019 S. Kimbark. Service hours are Monday, 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
