- Operating System and any software related issue are not covered under manufacturers warranty. This is a billable service.
- Batteries have a 1 year hardware manufacturer's warranty.

Notebook Rental for Departments
| Please call andreserve at least 7 days in advance due to their limited availability. Departments must provide a signed Form 62 upon pickup of notebook. |

A non-refundable $35 bench fee will be assessed to each piece of equipment delivered to the Hardware Service Department for examination and/or diagnosis. If an order is placed to repair or service the item before the equipment has left the Hardware Service Department, then this fee will be applied to any incurred service charges.
