How to order Dell/Apple Computers (Departments)

How to order a Dell Bundle

• Go to http://dell.com/uchicagosc
• Enter your name, email address and personal password.
• Choose from one of the Recommended Bundles or click the "Systems" file tab for more options.
• Shop for and configure your desired equipment then click "Add to Cart".
• Click "Save E-quote," enter the requested information and click "Continue"
• If you are ordering online use the "E-quote Number" as the "Supplier Part Number" and attach the quote to your order. Otherwise, print your E-quote and bring it over to the store with a form 62.

NOTE: Buysite users can configure a system and order it online using the "DELL" Punchout.

How to order a Custom Apple Bundle

• Go to: http://store.apple.com and click "Education Store" (on the left).
• Scroll down and click the "Higher Education" link at the bottom of the page under "Education Savings for Your School".
• Click "Create Quote"
• Find your school.  Follow the prompts to choose "University of Chicago"
• Choose and configure your system.
• Add to cart and continue shopping.
• Once you have finished click onto the shopping cart icon.
• Review your cart for accuracy and click "Create Proposal" when finished.
• Enter your Apple ID information or create a new one.
• Fill out the proposer's information form
• Enter NSIT-SALES@UCHICAGO.EDU as the email address for "Purchasing Agent's Email Address" and click "Continue."
• Click "Download Your Proposal Information" and save the document.
• When ordering online use the "Web Proposal Number" as the "Supplier Part Number" and attach the proposal to your online order. Otherwise, print the document and bring a form 62 to the store.

How to order a Dell Bundle

• Go to http://dell.com/uchicago
• Choose from either the Recommended Bundles or the Full Catalog.
• Shop for, and configure your desired equipment, and click "Review Summary".
• If order is correct, click "Add to cart".
• Enter your billing and shipping information, and click "Continue."
• Your computer will be shipped to the address you specified.

How to order an Apple Bundle

• Go to: http://www.apple.com/edu/uchicago
• Choose and configure your system.
• Click on "Check Out," and enter your billing and shipping information.
• Computer will be shipped to the address you specified.
