Single-Line Analog TelephoneSingle-Line Analog Telephone: An (STE) Standard Telephone Equipment which uses an analog line. This line can also be used with an answering machine, fax or modem.

 


 

Single-Line Digital Telephone: An (ITE4) Intecom Telephone Equipment 4. This line uses 1 digital line and cannot support an answering machine, fax or modem. It can support a VoiceMail message waiting light.

Multi-line Telephone: Integrated Telephone Equipment (ITE) which uses a digital line and includes the capability for more than one line. This type of phone has one button features such as Hold, Transfer, Call Forward, VoiceMail, etc. Multi-line telephone choices and a description are as follows:

ITE-4

The ITE-4 is a single line telephone with four feature buttons and a red line/status lamp. The line-status lamp provides a visual notification for Message Waiting, Callback Voicemail and Line In-Use. The four feature buttons are pre-programmed as Hold, Callback Vmail, Transfer and Access. The Access button is used to initiate additional features via dialed feature codes which are annotated on the ITE-4 faceplate. Ringer tone and volume are user-programmed.


ITE-12+

ITE12+The ITE-12+ is a multi-button telephone featuring 12 programmable line/feature buttons, an internal one-way speaker for on-hook dialing, and user adjustable ringer, tone, and speaker volume controls. Feature and line status are indicated by an LED associated with each of the 12 buttons.
ITE-12S

The ITE-12S is a multi-button telephone featuring 12 programmable line/feature buttons, an internal speaker for on-hook dialing and full two-way speakerphone capabilities with On/Off and Microphone Mute buttons. Ringer, tone, and speaker volumes are user adjustable. Feature and line status are indicated by an LED associated with each of the 12 buttons.
ITE-12SD

The ITE-12SD features 12 programmable line/feature buttons, an internal two-way speakerphone and a two line, 20-character LCD display. A handy contrast control allows the user to make fine adjustments to the display. High quality audio is incorporated into the design of the internal speakerphone. User efficiency is promoted through practical controls for Speakerphone On/Off, Microphone Mute and Speaker Volume. Feature and line status are indicated by an LED associated with each of the 12 buttons. User adjustable control for ringer tone and volume are also provided.
ITE-30SD

The ITE-30SD is a high style, full-featured, 30 button digital telephone featuring an internal high quality speakerphone, a large 40-character LCD display and an internal handset amplifier. The ITE-30SD sports a blue accent strip to complement your office decor. The ITE-30SD supports four fixed feature buttons programmed as Transfer, Display, Hold and Redial, and 26 buttons which may be programmed as any combination of lines or features. User efficiency is enhanced through direct button controls for Speakerphone On/Off and Microphone Mute. Feature and line status are indicated by an LED associated with each of the 30 line/feature buttons. Ringer Tone and Ringer Volume are user adjustable. To provide audio clarity on every call, and alleviate amplified handset requirements, a handset amplifier has been integrated into the design of the ITE-30SD. Handset volume is user programmable and may be adjusted on a call-by-call basis. At the end of each call, the handset volume level is reset to the user's default level. This capability is also available for use with headsets. The integrated speaker and two line, 20 character liquid crystal display, combined with the large number of line/feature buttons, makes the ITE-30SD ideal for users with heavy telephone communication requirements, such as receptionists, message desk operators, executive secretaries or ACD supervisors who require call center management functions as well as a full complement of voice and data features.
ITE-AP

The ITE-AP is the most technologically advanced member of the ITE family. The ITE-AP features 5 Softkeys with a layered menu feature presentation, 15 line/feature buttons, and 7 fixed function buttons. The ITE-AP sports a gray accent band to complement your office decor. The ITE-AP's Softkey menu format is context sensitive to the state of the call. As the call progresses, features such as Hold, Transfer, Conference, Redial and Callback are available to the user based on the state of the call, with the feature name presented above the Softkey on the LCD display. Additionally, a brief on-line explanation of a Softkey feature can be invoked with the push of a button. To further enhance user productivity, the Softkeys provide a variety of other functions, such as the ability to access the system's directory and dial via the name entry, to display the name of all parties on a conference call, and to program Call Forward, Autodial and Abbreviated Dial numbers, as well as ringer tone and volume and speaker and handset volume.

ITE-AP Fixed Function Buttons:

There is a brief on-line explanation of the Softkey feature, or "next step" help information available at the touch of a button. The explanation appears on the 160 character ITE-AP display.

Program - provides user access to programming of Call Forward, Abbreviated Dial, Auto Dial, and default ringer/speaker/headset volumes. Scroll- allows user to scan the directory system to locate a specific name. Display - displays Callback numbers, stored Abbreviated and Auto Dial numbers and Call Forward numbers. Volume up and down - gives user dynamic control of handset and speaker volume during a call; also used with the Program button to set default handset and speaker volumes, and ringer volume and tone. Speaker - speakerphone on/off. Mic Mute - prevents speakerphone transmission while depressed so private discussion may occur during a speakerphone conference.
