Database Changes

Database changes include adding, removing or changing any of the following:

  • Call Forwarding
  • Voicemail
  • Calling area
  • Call waiting
  • Music on hold
  • Call pickup group
  • Directory changes

Written Requests may be sent to: Integrated Client Services & Support, NGR Room B-18, 1307 E. 60th Street.

FAX Requests may be sent to: 2-4457. Email: 29100@uchicago.edu.

Written and FAX Requests must include the User's Name, User's phone number, User's CNetID; the FAS account to be charged (where applicable), the Authorized Signer's Name, and Authorized Singer's email address; and a description of the change requested.
