Trouble Tickets submitted via the Web
If you are on faculty or staff, to report problems or concerns with IBX and University Centrex systems you may submit a trouble ticket seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Trouble tickets submitted Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm will be processed the same day with a 3-4 hour response time. Repair requests submitted via the web after hours, weekends, and holidays will be processed the next business day.
