With voicemail:
- Your calls will always be answered,
- Your messages will be correct,
- You can access them from anywhere,
- You can save them indefinitely,
- You can easily share them by forwarding them to others,
- You can announce your presence or absence from the office,
- You can distribute messages to others.
Voicemail is easy to use--once you become familiar with the key commands you'll be using it effortlessly. In the meantime, a voice will automatically prompt you through each step as you learn to use the system. Please visit our Help section for instructions for basic voicemail functions, tips, a printable reference card (PDF), and a voicemail feature guide (PDF).
Please note: if you are using the AT&T Centrex telephone system and wish to use voicemail, your voicemail will continue to be supplied by the AT&T voicemail system, NOT The University's voicemail system. Special training is available for the AT&T voicemail system. This service is still handled through Client Services & Support. Please contact us at 2-9100, option 4 for more information.
