Voicemail Help - Playback Options

Message playback options allow you to manage how the assistant displays your messages. You can modify these settings to move more quickly through your messages or to get all of the information available for each message.

Turn on/off date and time playback

When the date and time playback is turned on, the assistant will tell you when you received each message before playing it. To edit this option, press [4] from the main menu, [8] to manage playback options, then [1] to manage date/time playback. The assistant will tell you if date and time playback is turned on or off. Press:

[1] To turn on disabled date/time playback
[2] To turn off active date/time playback
[*] To return to the previous menu

Turn on/off sender playback

When the sender playback is turned on, the assistant will tell you who sent each message before playing it. Press [4] from the main menu, [8] to manage playback options, then [2] to manage sender playback. The assistant will tell you if sender playback is turned on or off. Press:

[1] To turn on disabled sender playback
[2] To turn off active sender playback
[*] To return to the previous menu

Turn on/off message auto play

When the message auto play is turned on, the assistant will automatically play new messages when you access your mailbox. This means that you do not have to press any keys before hearing your new messages. Press [4] from the main menu, [8] to manage playback options, then [3] to manage message auto play. The assistant will tell you if the message auto play is turned on or off. Press:

[1] To turn on disabled message auto play
[2] To turn off an active sender playback
[*] To return to the previous menu
