Voicemail Help - Reviewing Messages
This page describes how to review the messages in your voicemail box. Once you log in to your mailbox main menu, the assistant will tell you how many messages you have and of what type. The available options will differ based on the types of messages you have, so listen carefully to the assistant's prompts.

Listen to new messages
To listen to new messages, press [1] from the main menu. If you only have new voice messages, your messages will begin playing.
If you have more than one type of message, press:
[1] To review voice messages
[6] To review old messages
[*] To return to the main menu
Listen to old messages
To listen to old messages, press [3] from the main menu, then [1] to listen to old messages. If you only have old voice messages, your messages will begin playing.
If you have more than one type of other message, press:
[1] to review old voice messages
[2] to review deleted messages
[3] to review future messages
[*] to return to the main menu
Review deleted messages
You can only review the messages you have set to delete during the call in which you set them to delete. Once you hang up or exit voicemail, your messages will be deleted and you won't be able to retrieve them. To review deleted messages, press [3] from the main menu, then [2] to review deleted messages. Your deleted messages will begin to play. Press:
[9] To save the message
[6] To forward the message
[11] To replay the message
Review future messages
Future messages are messages you create to be sent out on a specified future date. Before this date, you can review these messages. To review future messages, press [3] from the main menu, then [3] to review future messages. Your future messages will begin to play.
Review expired messages
When your messages have been in your mailbox for longer than the allowed time, the attendant will automatically prompt you to review your expired messages when you log in to your mailbox. Press:
[6] To forward the message
[7] To delete the message
[9] To save the message
Options while listening to a message
During message playback, press:
[1] To skip back one message
[3] To skip forward one message
[4] To decrease volume
[6] To increase volume
[7] To delete the message
[8] For envelope information
[9] To save the message
[11] To replay the message
[33] To end the message
[#] To skip the message
[*] To pause the message
Options while a message is paused
While a message is paused, press:
[1] To slow down the speed of the message playback
[2] To return to normal playback speed
[3] To increase the speed of the message playback
[4] To reply to the message
[5] To call the sender of the message
[6] To forward the message
[7] To delete the message
[8] For envelope information
[9] To save the message
[#] To skip the message
[*] To resume listening of the message
Options after listening to a message
Once a message has been played, you will be brought to a new menu. From here, press:
[2] To print the message as a fax
[4] To reply to the message
[5] To call the sender
[6] To forward the message
[7] To delete the message
[8] For envelope information
[9] To save the message
[11] To replay the message
[#] To skip the message
[*] To return to the previous menu
