One basic voice mailbox is included with every University telephone. For additional mailboxes or enhanced voicemail services, see the rates below.

Most Voicemail applications will require a minimum of one port charge.

*A port is a telephone line on the Voicemail system. The number of ports used is determined during testing of a Voicemail application during its implementation.

Consulting Fee for Special Applications

A consulting fee of $ /hour will be charged if design work takes longer than three hours for each special application.

Fax-on-Demand

Faxes can be stored and retrieved from Voice mailbox. For options and pricing, call Client Services & Support at 2-9100, option 4.
